The padding took some getting used to for me at first. It was a little annoying when running - maybe that will change. In any case, it was comfortable to ride in the saddle. Otherwise, a very nice pair of cycling shorts.

Size fits.
The small bag is practical.
It is the hard/thin SQ Lab pad. It feels weird when standing because it is relatively stiff and does not conform well. When sitting and on the saddle, the pad is great.
The notes inside (what madness these days) are attached with an extra seam and can be completely torn out.
