1 YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT, BUT YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW IT WORKS?

2 TIPS FOR PACKAGING 

Pack the item you want to return in the original product package. Please do only return items that are in new condition and without any signs of usage. For your return, please use the SportOkay.com cardboard box which suits best the packaging material and the size of your ordered items. We also kindly ask you to put filling material into the parcel so the item is protected. For saving the environment, please reuse the filling material which was already in the parcel when you received it or, for example, some crumpled up newspaper.

3 STATE OF YOUR RETURN

Here is some advice, so you always know the current state of your returning goods:

• Please make a note of your tracking number when you return your products. This way you can always see the whereabouts of your return. In case the products get lost while being shipped, you need the tracking number, as only you can track it. We are happy to help, please contact us in this case!
• After arrival and examination of the goods we will refund the paid amount. For that we use the payment method chosen by you during the order. You will also be informed about your refund via e-mail.
• If you have not received an e-mail 21 days after having posted the goods to return, please inform us at info@sportokay.com.
