Super comfortable hiking shoe with excellent workmanship!
The size differs considerably from other brands.
For standard size 42 you should choose 1 1/2 sizes larger. Then the great piece will fit!

After my Mojito GTX, which now feels like it's 10 years old, held up well, it was time for a successor. I found one in the Trail, which seems to be built on the same last, but is much more stable and can therefore be considered an approach shoe.
For example, I have been wearing Hanwag Alaska GTX in size 44 for years and chose the Mojito half a size larger, like with the first Mojito. And it fits! The shoe is cut rather narrow, but has enough room for the forefoot. With a slightly looser lace, my orthotic insoles fit in well. GTX is warmer in summer and lets out less steam. But for me it is the better choice throughout the year.
Now I hope that my new Mojito GTX will be as durable as the last one (which still looks good and the membrane is 100% waterproof).
