The Scarpa Spirit is a great, comfortable and high quality shoe. We have it in both fabric (Spirit) and synthetic leather (Spirit Evo).
The shipment was sent immediately, but the usual chaos at DHL meant that we received the delivery late and with a lot of effort. Delivery was made to a packing station, and the pickup notification was only received 2 days later, but according to the parcel station, there was no shipment available for pickup. Several days later, we received another pickup notification for a different parcel station and were finally able to receive the shipment.
Both parcel stations are significantly further away than several DHL shops, resulting in unnecessarily long journeys, which is particularly annoying when the shipment is not there as stated.
