Unfortunately, I suffer from very painful neck tension that triggers migraines. My experience with physiotherapists is rather mediocre - similar to doctors, the billing system is more important than the patient - and I also have the impression that most of them lack the strength to get to the depths. So I have been searching for alternatives for years using the trial and error system. Neck rolls have not worked for me. The balls have. But this "magic wand" is the most efficient option so far. Its length gives you a good lever to apply the appropriate pressure force to the appropriate points. The pressure force can also be dosed using the different radii around it (force/area, although the two edges could certainly be made a little different!). And last but not least, you can switch on two different vibrations. This means you can get noticeably deeper into the muscles. The good piece is not exactly cheap - but it also seems very high quality and can withstand a lot - it is definitely worth its price of just under 160 euros (and here I even bought it for just under 138 euros)! Ordered and received it the next day! All in all, I am very satisfied!
