Complicated centrifugal mechanism that depends on the free movement of the tiny centrifugal shoe and its spring force => I will transport the Revo in a separate bag (!) to protect it from small stones and pine needles etc. The actual blocking nose is tiny (approx. 1mm x 3mm!!!) - it won't last in the long term, because it's metal hitting metal. I suspect that the device will be scrap after 3-20 hard centrifugal blockages. The first signs of wear and tear are already visible after about 20 test releases by hand at home! The aluminum eyelet for fastening is also somehow strange, it works, but you can clip it incorrectly!
Functionality is completely counter-intuitive: holding the rope with the braking hand DEACTIVATES the centrifugal blocking mechanism, i.e. it only works when you let go of the braking hand!! Tuber function works as usual with the braking hand.
Caveat: I have only looked at the device closely at home and on the Internet, practical experience is still to follow, which means I am keeping the device.

Das Gerät wurde im Juli 2020 produziert und ist demnach bereits 4 Jahre alt, hat somit nur noch eine Restlebensdauer von lediglich 6 Jahren von insgesamt möglichen 10 Jahren laut Hersteller. Für mich Kritikpunkt Nummer eins.

Zudem wirkt das Gerät nicht ausreichend robust. Die Welle im inneren läuft nicht rund sondern eiert und es sind „Macken“ im inneren am Bremssystem erkennbar, obwohl noch kein Falltest/Härtetest durchgeführt wurde sondern lediglich per Hand das Bremssystem getestet wurde.
