If you have an ARVA NEO BT PRO, stop using it immediately and follow the return procedure described below.
For over 40 years, ARVA has been developing avalanche safety equipment with one clear goal: to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Each product undergoes rigorous testing to meet and exceed industry standards.
ARVA has recently identified an isolated problem with some NEO BT PRO devices. This error can lead to unusually high battery consumption, which in some cases results in a restart and puts the transmission and search modes out of operation.
Once ARVA has been informed by users, they have reviewed and confirmed their entire inventory, that only the NEO BT PRO model is affected. All other models remain fully functional.
To ensure your safety, they have decided to recall all NEO BT PRO devices for testing. If necessary, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
The SportOkay.com inventory has been successfully checked. All devices purchased from SportOkay.com after 17.01.2025 have been checked and, if necessary, the update has been successfully carried out.
For safety reasons, every NEO BT PRO that has been sold since its market launch until 17 January 2025 will be reviewed. Affected product references, which SportOkay.com has sold until 17.01.2025:
