Street shoe size 44.5 (UK10) and Skwama in 42.5 (UK8.5). I normally wear 43 in La Sportiva (Miura VS, Otaki). I ordered the vegan (green) Skwama in 43 because the yellow/black one was no longer in stock in this size. However, both shoes are the same length down to the millimeter and feel identical.
