I've enjoyed climbing with my Futura for a while now, but for longer routes, the Genius is simply a dream because it's more sturdy and with the lacing it's my new favorite shoe for outdoor climbing.

So basically a good shoe but definitely not suitable for every foot. Recommendations like 2 or 3 sizes smaller than the street shoe don't apply in my case.
I found the shoe to be too narrow in the foot area, which was certainly partly due to the shoe's virginity.

For me as a comfort-spoiled climber, unfortunately too tight and even with my toes pulled up, uncomfortably tight to painful after only 10 minutes

I have been thinking about buying this shoe for a while now.
buy it, but it seemed to me to be simply overpriced.
Admittedly, it wasn't a bargain here either, but I got what I was looking for. Delivery promptly, as ordered
arrived like this.
The shoe itself does what it promises. Good grip when hooking, good grip when kicking, but takes some getting used to for someone who has never had a shoe with pre-tension. My Tarantula
of the same size feels like a pair of slippers in comparison.
It has a much tighter cut and requires appropriately trained foot muscles to be able to really make the most of it.
After a few climbs, this one also gives way a little,
Estimated gain 1/3 size, but it's not supposed to be comfortable.
Great quality, well made, exactly what I was looking for.
