As a shock pump, yes, but for tires more as a makeshift solution.
It takes me forever and requires a lot of strength to pump my 2.5" tires up to 3 bar. 100-200 strokes and they are all very strenuous.

It's good as a steam pump, but the valve is difficult to use. Why didn't they put a grooved profile on the upper ring so that you could grip it? The smooth, high-gloss metal is almost impossible to grip, and even harder when everything is under pressure. The little rubber ring is no use. My hands are far too big for that. Even though weight is always important, the hose could have been 1cm longer. Still a good all-in-one solution, even if you first have to figure out how much air is lost in the end and get used to the fiddling, it does what it's supposed to. I'd drive mad if I used it every day, but it's absolutely sufficient for my backpack and for maintenance and setup. All in one.
