On the slopes, it's like an alpine binding: every movement is immediately and powerfully transferred to the ski - fantastic! Despite lots of practice, the front entry is a stroke of luck, you don't have to do it that often (once for the ascent, once for the descent). The entry position doesn't always click into place, only when the toe of the boot is really clean, which is why you have to balance with the ski pole and click into place. The assembly itself was easy: draw a template, pre-drill, screw on - done. Many parts that aren't visible when the binding is mounted but are still subject to quite a lot of stress (when changing modes) are made of 1mm thick hard plastic, which will cause them to break. I'm curious to see if the binding will last for five years - I doubt it.

Mounted on a Völkl 90 eight as a freeride combo.
Pleasant weight, binding handles deep snow, slush, moguls and ascents without any problems (at 92KG plus backpack)
real all-rounder, easy to use, good job by Fritschi!!!
