An alternative to a "normal handlebar bag" or top tube bag is the FreeLoader. The biggest advantage is the uncomplicated, lightning-fast access to the contents without having to open it. Ideal for the camera and smartphone.
If you add an additional inner pocket, you can even take your valuables out and take them with you in one go. The bag is a bit wobbly to attach to my bike, at least. That's why it's one star less.

I bought two of these handlebar bags to make the most of the space and ensure balance while riding...After unpacking, I immediately noticed that the products are of high quality and well made.
There were some difficulties when mounting it on the bike, however, as my trekking bike does not have a fork deep enough to be reached with the bag's (too short) strap. After some thought and a ("failed") test ride, during which the bags swung around without being secured to the fork, I tied the straps together on the frame. This proved to be stable, comfortable and practical on my 100 km tour. However, I still don't quite understand the system that is supposed to allow you to open the bag with one hand...
Despite the necessary improvisation (loops/strap for the fork should be longer), I would definitely recommend buying it!
