It is a very good backpack and is of very good quality, as you would expect from this manufacturer. Normally I would give it five points. Give it 2 points Because I have had experience with it. Because the backpack has a long, full-length zipper on the back, it is quite difficult to pack things in or out. Also, if it is on the ground, the zipper at the bottom shows signs of wear very quickly. I did not use the backpack outside. I occasionally wore it at home to try it out. You do need a lot of patience to use this backpack properly. But once you get the hang of it, it actually works very well. Why am I giving it so little rating? If you pack certain things in the backpack, they can cause damage when you open and close it. For example, I put very high-quality compression clothing in the backpack. And when I opened and closed it, it got stuck and damaged the things accordingly. Even if you had a plastic bag in it to protect something special, for example, it would break straight away. I also had a pair of socks in it. When opening and closing them they also got caught and suffered damage. No matter what clothing you put in them, these things can get damaged. In my case there were three products in total. To avoid this you have to press the zipper up with your hand from the inside and pull it up slowly. This requires a lot of feeling and effort. This means that if it's raining, for example, and you have to open the backpack quickly, I don't think that there are corresponding items in the backpack if they are quickly damaged. Therefore you have to know exactly what is in the backpack beforehand in case you have to open it quickly in an emergency. Since I tested the whole thing extensively over a day for several hours, I have decided to sell this backpack again. It is still a very good backpack, there is a lot of space and basically everything fits. If you have back problems you have to pay attention to the padding, which is quite firm. You then have to attach the backpack quite firmly to your back with the appropriate adjustment so that it sits pretty well. This also depends on how your body is built or how you are used to walking with something like this. In addition, if you are wearing a rain jacket, for example, it is not a good idea to press the backpack too tightly. Because everything will still slide around. If, for example, you are using a very expensive, high-quality rain jacket that is designed for outdoor use, it can cause minor damage here and there. Because you have to press the backpack very firmly so that it does not slide around. You should also pay attention to this. The closure at the bottom in particular means that things can get a bit tight. In addition, if you have gloves or something else or want to quickly stow something in the rain jacket, it can get a bit tight. The system is no longer possible, which makes it difficult to quickly open a jacket zipper. Most of the time you have to open the backpack at the closure. This is of course not particularly good in heavy rain, because then the rain, moisture or water runs straight into the jacket. There are also other nice backpacks from this manufacturer that you can use without a closure system at the bottom. These are of course ideal for long hikes in the rain. So you should think carefully about what you want to do with this backpack. Of course, it is suitable for everyone who wants the right things. Of course, long hikes are also possible. I bought this backpack as a luggage bag for my motorcycle and have already used it. There was no rain, but it is an Ortlieb product with the usual quality of material. The vertical zipper is the best detail of all the other practical details. I am very happy with it so far. I haven't tried anything else yet. I haven't worn it as a backpack yet. But everything seems very well thought out and solid. So full marks. The packaging was just terrible. But that didn't damage the product, so I don't care. Especially since there was a good discount.

Hasn't been used yet, but it fits everything I need for a few days out and about and is very comfortable to wear.
Waterproof and the large zipper on the back are killer features.
