1 YOU COMPLETED YOUR ORDER, BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION YET?
Please see first if you really have checked the right e-mail inbox. We always send the order confirmation to the e-mail address which you have given during the order process/ which you use to log in.
If the e-mail address is the correct one, please check your spam file. Maybe the order confirmation ended up there.
When you get registered at the end of the order process entering a password, you can view your orders in your user account. There you can also check if we have received your order correctly and you can also view the current state of your order.
If you cannot find your order there and have not received an order confirmation, please let us know at contact@sportokay.com.
2 YOUR ORDERS SHOW DIFFERING AVAILABILITIES. WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT TO RECEIVE THEM?
In order to protect the environment we try to send all products in one parcel. Please expect them to arrive after the longest delivery time.
3 YOU NEED YOUR PRODUCTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHAT CAN YOU DO?

4 YOU HAVE MADE SEVERAL ORDERS ON ONE DAY. DO YOU HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS FOR EACH OF THEM?
You need to pay shipping costs for each order, even of you make several orders on one day.
5 YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED IN SEVERAL PARTIAL DELIVERIES:
We always try to ship your order as one. Still, there may be exceptional cases when we receive only a partial delivery. You can see the remaining products of your order on your invoice. In this case you will only have to pay shipping costs once.
6 YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER OR CHANGE IT AFTERWARDS?
You cannot change your data or cancel your order after having sent your order, as we are already processing this order.
7 WHAT ARE YOU ADVANTAGES WHEN REGISTERING AND WHEN ARE YOU REGISTERED?
You get registered as a user when you enter a password at the end of the order process or when you register following the "Log In" button at the top center of our front page. This is a voluntary decision. As a registered user you can save various addresses for fast future orders. So, when you order in the future, all of your necessary data are already available and you can complete your order in just a few clicks. Furthermore you can always view the state of your order in your user account, or have a look at past orders and review them.
8 "THIS PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE" POPS UP AT THE END OF YOUR ORDER PROCESS
Only when you confirm your purchase of your chosen product by clicking on the "Buy now" button we can reserve this product for you. In case your chosen product is really bought by another customer in the last moment, please get in touch with us at contact@sportokay.com giving the product number as well as its colour and size. Then we can check for you when this product will be back in store.
9 ORDERS OF COMPANIES WITHIN THE EU
You would like to place a company order to one of our listed delivery countries in the EU? No problem. We deduct the VAT paid within the respective recipient country. This means for you:
1. you can simply buy at gross prices from us and the VAT rate of your country of delivery will be declared and deducted.
2. authorized entrepreneurs can have the VAT refunded by their local tax office via their local tax return / advance VAT return.
A refund by us is therefore not necessary and will thus not be carried out by us.
