4 FREE TRANSPORT INSURANCE
Within the shipping costs, a transport insurance is included. With returns from Germany, Austria, Italy and Slovakia this insurance is for free. If the value of your return exceeds 1.000€, we kindly request you to contact us via info@sportokay.com, so that we can take out for you an additional insurance. The risk of every return is namely borne by us.
5 COMPLAINT
We meticulously check all our products before shipping them. If you still need to send back a product due to a complaint, please inform us at info@sportokay.com, giving your order number and article number.
6 REFUND OF YOUR RETURN
For the repayment, we will use the same payment method you have chosen for your order. Parallelly, we will inform you about this refund by sending to you a corresponding confirmation via e-mail. Depending on the working hours of your bank, though, it may still take some days until the amount of money is visible on your banking account, after you have received our confirmation.
7 EXCHANGE
The fastest way for you to receive your fitting product is to order it again via our shop at www.SportOkay.com. You can find already ordered products in your user account, so you can reorder them easily.
8 RETURN - SIMPLE AND QUICK
Please follow the procedure for your country. These procedures are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the cancellation policy. They should help you to return your favourite products simply and quickly.
Germany, Austria, Italy & Slovakia:
1 Pack up the article you would like to return in the ORIGINAL product packaging. Please send it back in an as-new condition, without traces of usage, in the SportOkay.com cardboard box.
2 Fill in completely the return shipping form and enclose it with the package. Seal up well the SportOkay.com box.
3 Apply the enclosed return label to the parcel.
4 Post it free of charge at any DHL service station (Deutsche Post, Postpartner, Post-Servicestelle) in Germany, any post office (Österreichische Post, Postpartner, Post-Servicestelle) in Austria and any post office (Poste Italiane, SDA) in Italy. Our advice: Take a picture of the label, so you automatically know the tracking number. This way, you can track the return of your order. Please keep the parcel tracking number. In case it is lost and needs tracking, only you as the sender can mount an enquiry.
5 Refunding can take up to 21 days after you have posted the goods, depending on the payment method chosen by you during the order. But normally, it is a lot faster. You will also be informed about your refund via e-mail.
In case you didn´t receive a return label, you can create a new one with one if the links below. Please note, that the label is only valid for packages sent from one of the four countries (Germany, Austria, Italiy or Slovakia). Please note on the label the order number that you can find in the order confirmation email or in the shipping confirmation email. Kindly send us your new shipment number, as we can track the progress of your shipment.
