183 normal M to L --> here clearly L: comfortable to wear, the thin zipper probably won't last long and can only be closed under pressure - of course, it should fit tightly - but how long the thin material and zipper can withstand that remains to be seen.
Shoulder pads are probably more for preventing scratches, as they are very thin - the back protector slipped up slightly on the first ride.
Otherwise the shirt fits nicely and tightly - it wasn't too warm (12 C°), which unfortunately doesn't say much for the summer. The only thing that can be removed is the back protector - all in all quite expensive for a little bit of elastane and foam....
